Can I return or exchange my Heartsleeve purchase?
Yes, Heartsleeve accepts request for returns and exchanges within 10 days of product purchase. We just ask that the product be unworn and unused with original tags.
How do I return or exchange a Heartsleeve purchase?
TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
1. Email support@myheartsleeve.com with your name, order number and exchange details.
2. A domestic prepaid return label will then be emailed to you by Heartsleeve.
3. Print the label, adhere it to the box, and drop at the nearest USPS facility within 48 hours of receiving the label.
4. We’ll take it from there!
All returns take 5-7 business days to process once they arrive at Heartsleeve. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process.
What does a Heartsleeve shirt feel like and what is the shirt made of?
All Heartsleeve adult, youth and toddler shirts are made by Bella + Canvas. They are a super soft tri-blend of cotton/poly/rayon, which makes for a lightweight, breathable shirt. We have one style that is printed on a 100% cotton shirt, our NOLA Window shirt. Heartsleeve onesies are made by American Apparel and Bella + Canvas and are all 100% cotton. Onesies have three metal snaps at the bottom for easy on and off.
Are Heartsleeve shirts OK to machine wash?
Yes! We use a special water-based, fabric ink that is cured to last for years, so you can wash your Heartsleeve apparel in hot or cold water with other laundry.
