SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are currently only shipping within the United States.
TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Email support@myheartsleeve.com with your name, order number and exchange details.
2. A domestic prepaid return label will then be emailed to you by Heartsleeve.
3. Print the label, adhere it to the box, and drop at the nearest USPS facility within 48 hours of receiving the label.
4. We’ll take it from there!
All returns take 5-7 business days to process once they arrive at Heartsleeve. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process.
